Jacob scored two of the team's four goals and had a shot at two to three more close ones.
I had to shoot the green grass, the mountains and snow in the background and the warm blue sky. Jacob is in the middle about to receive the ball.
For exercise today I walked 5 miles along the Provo River. I thought walking was easy but it uses different muscles, not the same ones as running yesterday, so it was tougher than I thought.
I am sure that I negated all the benefits of exercise by eating at Cafe Rio this evening. Their portions were way too large for cutting down on weight. That is a problem with out of town travel.
